Overview

This tender is for the Partitioning of Ventersdorp Main Building LAPA (CIDB 2 GB or higher). Requirements

• CIDB: grading 2 GB or higher (mandatory).
• CIDB registration and CRS as applicable; proof to be provided.
• Tax clearance status or SARS PIN/TCS; where applicable, each JV/consortium party must provide separately; CSD number if no TCS.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• Completion and submission of all MBD forms: MBD 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9; Authority of Signatory; COIDA proof.
• Proof of CIDB registration and municipal rates/taxes not in arrears (company and directors).
• Insurance: valid Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner.
• Subcontracting to Local SMMEs per ward; attach subcontracting agreements.
• Safety, health and environmental (SHE) obligations: induction, risk assessments, safe work procedures, fall protection (where applicable), medical surveillance, toolbox talks, PPE, signage; SHE file to be maintained.
• Evidence of past experience on similar projects and client references; provide Letters of Appointment and Completion Certificates.
• Pricing: firm prices including VAT; complete Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1); delivery terms clearly stated.
• Compliance with preferential procurement: 80/20 price/Specific Goals system; specific goals (HDI, Youth, Female, Disabled, municipal rates compliance) to be claimed with supporting documents.
