Overview

Procurement of a Performance Based Contract for maintenance and safety enhancement of NGERIA – TIMBOROA (A8) ROAD. Bidders should be eligible road-construction/maintenance firms registered with the National Construction Authority in categories NCA 4, 5 or 6, and must meet gender/reservation requirements under AGPO (WOMEN), plus standard compliance (tax, CR12, etc.).

Requirements

• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
• Copy of Valid Annual Practising Licence with the NCA (classes specified)
• Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Copy of recent CR 12 form (issued within 6 months)
• Copy of AGPO Registration Certificate in the WOMEN category
• Serialise all tender pages
• A copy of PBC Certificate for at least one Director
• Additional eligibility criteria and compliance as per tender data (e.g., capacity, personnel, and current workload)
• Foreign input rule: at least 40% of contract inputs must be sourced domestically
• Local registration with NCA required before contract award; JV rules apply if bidding as a joint venture
