Overview

Procurement of a PERFORMANCE-BASED CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY ENHANCEMENT OF WEBUYE – MAILI TISA (A8) ROAD. Bidders should be eligible construction firms registered with NCA in Category NCA 3, 4 or 5, and include youth-owned (AGPO) bidders. The project is funded through the Road Maintenance Fuel Levy Fund (RMLF) and uses post-qualification evaluation.

Requirements

• Mandatory documents to submit with the bid:
  • Copy of certificate of incorporation;
  • Copy of valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 3/4/5);
  • Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate;
  • Copy of CR12 (issued within last 6 months);
  • AGPO registration inYouth category;
  • PBC certificate for at least one director;
  • Serialise all tender pages.
• Other eligibility criteria and constraints:
  • Bidder may bid at most two tenders; not awardable more than one; ongoing works disqualify; no canvassing; comply with PPADA Section 157; foreign bidders must meet 40% national input; NCA registration required before contract if awarded; JV rules and competition exemptions apply as specified.
