Overview

This procurement is a PERFORMANCE BASED CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE OF DABEL - BUNA - MALKAGUFTU (A14) ROAD (YOUTH). KeNHA invites bids for maintenance (and related works as per the tender data) funded through the Road Maintenance Levy Fund, with eligibility for NCA categories 5–7 and a Youth-focused AGPO path. Requirements

• NCA registration in 5, 6 or 7; valid Annual Practising Licence; Certificate of incorporation; Tax Compliance Certificate; recent CR12 (last 6 months); AGPO registration in YOUTH category; PBC Certificate for at least one director; serialise all tender pages.
• Compliance with eligibility rules, including limits on multiple tenders, director/affiliate conflicts, ongoing works, nationality, and local content rules (PPADA/CAK guidelines).
