Overview

Procurement of a Performance Based Contract for the maintenance of JN A13 Wajir – Griftu road (A14) (PWD) by KeNHA. The bid is open to construction companies registered with NCA in categories 5–7, with AGPO (PWD) eligibility. Works are funded through the Road Maintenance Fuel Levy Fund (RMLF). A mandatory pre-tender site visit is required, and bid documents are available on KeNHA/PPIP portals. Submission deadline is 16 July 2026 at 09:00, in a plain sealed envelope to the KeNHA North Eastern Regional Office, Garissa. Requirements

• Mandatory documents with bid:
• Copy of certificate of incorporation
• Copy of valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 5–7)
• Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Copy of CR12 form (issued within last 6 months)
• AGPO registration for PWD
• Serialise every page of the tender
• Copy of PBC certificate for at least one director
• Other eligibility factors (as per tender documents), including: similar previous experience, professional/technical personnel, current workload, and overall eligibility; bidding limits and director/company restrictions (see LONG TENDER NOTICE)
• Post-qualification procurement method; adhere to market-rate references (Price Reference Guide may apply) (Price Reference Guide May 2026)
