Overview

Procurement of a Performance-Based Contract for maintenance of KCC (Sotik) – Ndanai – Gorgor (B133) Road, funded via the Road Maintenance Fuel Levy Fund (RMLF). Bids are invited from eligible construction companies registered with the National Construction Authority in categories NCA 5, 6 or 7, including youth-for-preference eligibility under AGPO. The project is a KeNHA South Rift Region award under an open tender, with mandatory pre-tender site visits.

Requirements

• Mandatory qualifications with bid:
• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation; valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes NCA 5–7); valid Tax Compliance Certificate; CR 12 form (issued within 6 months); AGPO registration in Youth category; PBC certificate for at least one director; pages serialised.
• Other eligibility and compliance:
• Similar prior experience; qualified professional personnel; current workload; adherence to PPADA, 2015; fair employment and anti-collusion declarations.
• For bidding: maximum of two tenders per bidder, only one award per bidder; director/affiliate conflicts rules; local-content requirement for foreign bidders (40% inputs from national suppliers); NCA registration required before contract signature; JV rules if applicable; canvassing prohibition.
• Mandatory pre-tender site visit (details in LONG TENDER NOTICE).

• Submission method: plain sealed envelope to the Regional Office (Office of the Regional Director – South Rift Region, Nakuru) or deposited in the KeNHA South Rift Tender Box.
