Overview

Performance Based Contract for maintenance of Kiambu–Ngewa (B30) Road (ALL) funded through the Road Maintenance Fuel Levy Fund (RMLF); open to eligible bidders registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in Category NCA 3, 4 or 5. Bids are for a maintenance-focused contract with potential rehabilitation/improvement works as described in the tender documents (tender document).

Requirements

Mandatory submission with bid

• Copy of certificate of incorporation
• Copy of valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 3/4/5)
• Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Copy of CR 12 form (issued within last 6 months)
• Serialise all pages of the tender submission
• Copy of PBC Certificate for at least one Director

Other eligibility/compliance

• Similar previous experience; qualified personnel; current workload
• Bidding limitations: maximum two tenders per bidder, awardable maximum one; directors with prior awards in FY2025-2026 ineligible; no bid by same director across multiple companies; ongoing works disqualify; must be registered in indicated NCA category
• Compliance with PPADA Section 157 on preferences; canvassing disqualifies
• Foreign tenderers: source at least 40% of inputs locally; NCA registration required before award
• Local environmental, labor, and safety requirements; access to required documents for verification
