Overview

Procurement of a performance-based contract for the maintenance of Kulán–Liboi (A3) Road, funded via the Road Maintenance Levy Fund, inviting NCA-registered contractors in categories 5–7 to bid. The tender is open and managed by KeNHA; bids are expected from eligible firms for a single contract under the RMLF program.

Requirements

• Mandatory documents to accompany the bid:
  • Copy of Certificate of incorporation (TENDER DOCUMENT)
  • Copy of Valid Annual Practising Licence with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in classes 5–7 (TENDER DOCUMENT)
  • Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TENDER DOCUMENT)

  • Copy of AGPO registration certificate in category PWD (TENDER DOCUMENT)
  • Serialisation of all tender pages (TENDER DOCUMENT)
  • Copy of PBC Certificate for at least one Director (TENDER DOCUMENT)
• Other qualification/eligibility criteria (selective):
  • Similar previous experience; professional/technical personnel; current workload
  • Limit bidders to a maximum of two tenders, with a single award; directors not eligible if already awarded tenders in FY 2025–2026
  • Directors bidding under different companies not to exceed two tenders; ongoing works disqualify
  • Bidders must be in the indicated NCA category; compliance with PPADA Section 157 on preferences; no canvassing
  • No conflict of interest; access to accounts/records may be audited
