Overview

Performance Based Contract for maintenance of Naivasha (A8/B109 JN)-JN B110 Njabini (B109) Road (Youth). KeNHA invites bids from NCA-registered firms in categories 5–7, including AGPO in the Youth category, for maintenance funded by the Road Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF). Requirements

• Mandatory documents with bid: Certificate of incorporation; valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 5–7); Tax Compliance Certificate; CR 12 (issued within 6 months); AGPO registration in Youth category; PBC Certificate for at least one director; pages serialised; site-visit authorisation letter. • Eligibility and conduct: no more than two tenders per bidder, no bidding conflicts or ongoing works disqualifications; compliance with PPADA and Competition Act; no canvassing; debarment checks; nationality and local content rules (foreign inputs at least 40% if foreign bidder).
