Overview

Procurement of a Performance Based Contract for the maintenance of Bomas – Kiserian (B19) Road (ALL). Eligible bidders are construction companies registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in categories NCA 2, 3 or 4, bidding under the Road Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF) framework.

Requirements

• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
• Copy of Valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes NCA 2, 3 or 4)
• Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Copy of recent CR 12 form (issued within last 6 months)
• Serialise all tender pages
• Copy of PBC Certificate for at least one Director
• Additional: relevant prior experience, qualified personnel, current workload, eligibility limits (max two tenders per bidder; disqualifications for certain director/company overlaps), NCA registration, PPADA compliance, and local content if foreign inputs are used.

• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, Tender Security or Declaration, JV documents if applicable, authorization, qualifications evidence, technical proposal, and any other documents required by the TDS (Tender Document).
