PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF KITABISI – MUKHEKHE ROAD IN KIMAETI WARD

Overview

Periodic maintenance of Kitabisi – Mukhekhe Road in Kimaeti Ward is being procured through an open national tender for eligible road-works contractors. Requirements

• NCA roadworks registration (NCA 8+) with current practicing license
• Tax compliance certificate (KRA) and KRA PIN/VAT
• Certified CR12 for companies (recent)
• Bid security (as specified; example amount: Ksh 46,000) or tender-declaration as applicable
• Site visit attendance and pre-bid/mock site briefing attendance proof
• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; adherence to local/foreign content rules
• Duly completed tender forms, JOINT VENTURE documents if applicable, and evidence of eligibility
• Valid Single Business Permit; copies of directors’ national IDs/passports (per CR12)
• Compliance with tender documents’ requirements and ability to register with NCA before contract signature (if awarded)
