PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF REMI-MASIKA ROAD IN SITIKHO WARD

Overview

Open National tender for the Periodic Maintenance of Remi-Masika Road in Sitikho Ward; contractors with NCA road works registration (NCA 8 and above) are invited to bid. Foreign bidders must comply with local-content and PPRA Kenyan procurement requirements.

Requirements

• Open National competition; NCA registration for road works (NCA 8+) with an annual practicing license.
• Foreign bidders must meet 40% local input requirement and local-content rules.
• Pre-tender/site visit is mandatory; attendance certificates required.
• Documentation: tax compliance certificate, KRA PIN/VAT, CR12 (recent), AGPO certificate (Youth/Women), Single Business Permit, tender form, tender securing declaration/security.
• Joint Ventures allowed with joint liability; JV agreement or LOI required.
• National Construction Authority registration required before contract signing (not a precondition to tender).
• No bid from debarred entities; comply with anti-corruption and competition law.
• All prices in Kenya Shillings; tender validity period as stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
• Currency, taxes, and price adjustments as per ITT and TDS.
