PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF ROADS IN NAMWELA WARD LOT 3

• Attend Mandatory pre-bid/site visit on 10 November 2026 at 10:00 at the Department of Roads, Infrastructure and Public Works boardroom (site visit certificate issued on attendance) (see ADVERT).
• Submit through the IFMIS Supplier Portal by 17 November 2026, 11:00 (Manual submissions not accepted) (see ADVERT).
• Prepare and upload: Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, Joint Venture documents (if any), and all supporting eligibility/qualification documents listed above (see TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Prices must be in Kenyan Shillings and valid per tender terms (e.g., 120-day validity noted in the advert).
