PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF ROADS IN TUUTI MARAKARU WARD

Overview

Procurement of works for the periodic maintenance of roads in Tuuti Marakaru Ward, Bungoma County, Kenya. Requirements

• NCA road-works registration (NCA 8+) and valid annual practicing license.
• Valid Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) tax compliance certificate.
• Certificate of registration/incorporation; CR12 for limited companies (recent, within 6 months).
• KRA PIN/VAT certificate.
• Bid security of KSh 140,000 from an approved bank/insurer.
• Pre-bid/site visit attendance is mandatory (site visit 10 Nov 2026; certificate issued on attendance).
• Tender submissions must be via the IFMIS supplier portal (no manual submissions).
• Compliance with anti-corruption, debarment, and eligibility requirements; JV rules if applicable.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from www.bungoma.go.ke and/or www.tenders.go.ke using the negotiation number (TENDER DOCUMENT/ADVERT).
• Prepare and submit Form of Tender, Bills of Quantities, and all required qualifications; include Joint Venture agreement if applicable (see Section IV).
• Submit electronically through IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL (www.supplier.treasury.go.ke); ensure submission by the indicated deadline (see documents: TENDER DOCUMENT; ADVERT).
• Attend the mandatory pre-tender site visit (10 November 2026, Department of Roads, Board Room) to obtain the site visit certificate (ADVERT).
