• AGPO/target group registrations as applicable (e.g., Women).
• Single Business Permit from a County authority.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration; fully completed tender forms; signed confidential business questionnaire; bills of quantities.
• Pre-tender/site visit attendance is mandatory.
