Overview

Panel of service providers for the supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to Ba-Phalaborwa Municipality for 36 months (re-advert). The opportunity targets PPE suppliers/manufacturers with SABS accreditation and OHS compliance who can supply a range of PPE (e.g., boots, overalls, gloves, head/eye protection, hazard suits) as required by the panel.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing attendance.
• Returnable documents: CSD (not older than 3 months), SAPS-certified IDs for all directors, statement of municipal rates and taxes for company and directors (not older than 3 months) or lease/traditional authority proof, CK/Company registration, valid tax pin, proof of work experience (CVs, appointment letters), and other returnables attached.
• Tax clearance: Original certificate (SARS) and separate certificates if part of a joint venture; valid PIN; option for eFiling.
• CSD registration with a valid reference number and manufacturer accreditation with SABS-approved products.
• Evidence of PPE supply experience (purchase orders, appointment letters, references) and a minimum functionality score of 70% to qualify for price/preference evaluation.
• Preference points for specific goals (e.g., Black ownership/locality) under PPPFA rules.
