Overview

PF Sampling and Particle size analysis on unit 1–6 mills for a period of 3 years. Eskom’s open tender seeks a professional services supplier to perform pulverised fuel sampling and particle grading at Duvha Power Station (Units 1–6) over 36 months; bidders should have engineering/lab analysis capabilities and QMS/quality-management experience.

Requirements

• Provide PF sampling and particle size analysis per scope.
• ISO 9001:2015-based QMS or evidence of a functioning QMS in operation.
• Compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender and electronic submission requirements.
• Complete mandatory returnables: Annexures A–J, SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (and related PPPFA/Local Content forms as applicable).
• Adherence to Eskom SHEQ and environmental requirements; include Annexure B (SHE/OSH) and related enviro docs.
• CIDB/CPG/CSDG considerations as applicable per Tender Data.
• Tax/compliance requirements and valid registrations as requested in the returnables.
• Pricing Schedule/BOQ to be provided in the tender documents (PDF/Excel formats).
