Overview

Rand Water seeks to pilot an AI-enabled Procurement Accelerator to streamline and automate its sourcing value chain, focusing on RFQ use cases with a parallel RFB/tender use case (RFQ 10419119). Bidders should be service providers with proven experience in procurement automation, e-sourcing or AI-enabled procurement, SAP integration (SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA), and strong security/compliance capabilities; public-sector or state-owned entity experience is preferred. The pilot is six months, hosted in Rand Water’s Azure environment with zero-trust security and must integrate with SAP ERP/S4HANA while avoiding overlap with planned e-procurement solutions. Requirements

• Pilot hosted in Rand Water’s Azure non-production environment; zero-trust security; SAP ERP integration and S/4HANA compatibility. Open APIs and SA data residency required. (RFQ 10419119; Annexure 1)
