RFQ to pilot an AI-enabled Procurement Accelerator to streamline Rand Water's sourcing value chain, focusing on RFQ and RFB use cases, hosted in Rand Water's Azure environment and integrated with SAP ERP. Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement/sourcing automation with SAP integration; provide client references or case studies.
• Sufficient HR capacity: project manager; solution architect/SAP integration; AI/data specialist; cybersecurity; change management lead; include organogram and CVs for all five roles.
• Technical and governance depth: complete AI governance, zero-trust security, data protection, and disclosure of AI models; full RFP compliance matrix.
• Architecture and integration: Azure non-production deployment; standard SAP interfaces; compatibility with SAP S/4HANA; open APIs.
• Security and data protection: Entra ID SSO/MFA; RBAC; encryption; POPIA compliance; data return/deletion certificate; include relevant security certifications if available.
• Compliance, reporting and analytics, usability and support: end-to-end audit trails; real-time dashboards; user-friendly UI; defined pilot support and training.
