Overview

Procurement of catering services for the University of Fort Hare's Pinning Ceremony. Open to suitably qualified registered and partner service providers; bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), provide an original Tax Clearance Certificate, and a Health certificate. Submissions are by email to NMkumbuzi@ufh.ac.za and must be received by 28 September 2026 at 12:00. Requirements

• Compulsory CSD registration
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• Health certificate
• Evidence of B-BBEE status and ability to claim preference points (SBD forms)
• Compliance with SCM procedures and completion of required bidding documents (e.g., SBD forms, pricing schedule, declarations)
