Overview

Procurement of Platter Shop Workshop & Plant Services, Mill 4000 Hrs Services, Workshop Work and Day to Day Plant Issues, Standby, Core Crew for five years at Lethabo Power Station. Suitable bidders are contractors with NEC3 TSC3 experience (Option A) in maintenance/plant services for power generation, and those with appropriate CIDB, local-content, and integrity declarations to bid.

Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: no State sanctions; no conflict of interest; eligibility per Eskom tender rules; complete Annexure A Integrity Declaration and Supplier Integrity Pact.
• Contract framework: NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC3) with Option A; ability to accept Schedule of Deviations; adherence to core and secondary options as specified.
• Registrations and documentation: CIDB registration; tax clearance; SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; CPA local content declarations (Annexures C–G); Pricing Schedule in PDF + Excel.
• Qualifying information: Tax evaluation questionnaire; cataloguing/scope of work documentation; disclosure of any related-party arrangements.
• Commercials and risk: price list with VAT; adherence to 60-month service period; adherence to payment terms (60 days after undisputed invoice); confirm availability of required insurances/guarantees.
