Overview

RFQ for supply, installation, servicing and weekly stocking of up to two tea and coffee vending machines for Postbank Bloemfontein. Bidders should be vending-machine suppliers with proven experience in installation, maintenance, stock replenishment, and adherence to health and safety standards; must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and able to meet tax clearance and related compliance.

Requirements

• Up to two automatic hot beverage vending machines, supply, installation, servicing, and weekly stocking at Freepen Building, Bloemfontein.
• Machines must offer a range of coffee and tea options, with water connection to a cold-water supply, training, and ongoing preventative maintenance.
• Regular stocking (daily supplies) and stock rotation; service response within 4 hours; service logs and reports.
• Comprehensive warranty (2 years) and a service contract for the same duration; 1-month cancellation clause.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations; evidence via service records and compliance documentation.
• Full cost breakdown on company letterhead; all pricing VAT inclusive and fixed post-PO; complete and sign Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) and Annexures.
• Bidder must be registered on CSD and comply with National Treasury General Conditions of Contract.
