Overview

Pre-qualification for sign writing, branding, office tags and other related services for Bungoma County, to be conducted under National Competitive Bidding. Open to qualified suppliers/service providers; bid process run via tenders.go.ke (PPIP). Eligible bidders should have capabilities in branding, signage, and related services, with JV options allowed.

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance: meet ITA eligibility rules; no conflict of interest; not debarred; integrity certifications (Certificate of Independent Tender Determination) where required.
• Mandatory registrations and certificates: Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) from KRA; PIN/VAT certificate; valid Trading License/Business Permit; Certificate of Registration/Incorporation; AGPO status if claimed; Confidential Business Questionnaire; company profile.
• Financial capacity: evidence of liquidity and ability to finance cash flow; audited accounts for the past years; evidence of sources of finance.
• Experience: detailed contract experience through provided forms; demonstrate capability for sign writing/branding/office tags and related services.
• Subcontracting: if proposing Specialized Subcontractors, list them with qualifications; JV members/roles must be clearly defined; only one prequalified Applicant may tender if JV is involved.
• Documentation integrity: applications must be properly serialized, in English with translations where needed.
