Overview

Pre-qualification for the supply and delivery of tree seedlings. This umbella prequalification process is for Bungoma County (NCPB/ITP style). Qualified bidders will be invited to tender for the tree-seedling supply contract (TENDER NO: BGM/CNTY/19/2026-2028).

Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: comply with ITA 3–6 (anti-corruption, no collusion, no conflicts of interest; JV rules if applicable).
• Prequalification eligibility: not suspended/debarred; not a state-owned enterprise under inappropriate control; provide tax/compliance evidence.
• Financial capacity: demonstrate liquidity and sources of finance; provide audited statements for recent years; maintain adequate cash flow for anticipated work.
• Experience: provide demonstrated relevant contracts (goods or services similar to seedlings); complete the specified qualification forms (EXP-4.1/4.2, FIN-3.1/FIN-3.2).
• Mandatory documents: registration/incorporation, PIN/VAT, tax clearance, VAT certificate, AGPO certificate, current business permit, Confidential Business Questionnaire, Form of Tender; documents must be serialized (as required).
• Other: no non-conforming or mismatched information; complete ownership/control disclosures where requested.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 29 June 2026 at 10:00 Local Time. (see ITA and PDS details; both the prequalification and notice specify 29 June 2026, 10:00.)
• Submission method: sealed envelopes, clearly marked with ITT number and description, delivered to the County Commissioner Bungoma; tender box at the County Commissioner’s entrance. No electronic submission (per PDS).

  • Eligibility declarations (Form ELI-1.1, ELI-1.2)
  • Qualifications data (FIN-3.1, FIN-3.2; EXP forms as applicable)
