Pre-Qualification of Garages for the Provision of Repair and Maintenance Services of Police Vehicles

Overview

Expression of Interest to pre-qualify garages for repair and maintenance services of the Mauritius Police Force vehicle fleet. The MPF seeks a panel of competent garages to provide vehicle repair, servicing and maintenance on an as-needed basis, covering passenger cars, motorcycles, vans, buses, trucks and specialised vehicles; scope includes mechanical, electrical, bodywork, suspension, wheel/tyre work, air conditioning, diagnostics, parts supply, and related services. Target bidders are garages with a valid BRN, operating permit, a fully equipped workshop, at least two qualified technicians, minimum three years’ repair experience, capability to service various makes/models, adequate insurance, and 24-hour security, plus wheel balancing/alignment capability. The process is via an Expression of Interest (EOI) to shortlist eligible bidders (see Bidding Document, Procurement Notice).
