Overview

PREFERRED SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR VARIOUS MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR COEGA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICE. The RFP covers four disciplines (General Building, Roofing, Plumbing, Fencing) with a 5-year SLA. JV/Consortia allowed if combined CIDB grading meets minimums; CIDB, VAT, and tax compliance required; bids will be assessed 80/20 on price and specific goals.

Requirements

• CIDB grades: 2GB+ (General Building); 2SN+ (Roofing); 2SO+ (Plumbing); 2SQ+ (Fencing). JV must meet combined minimums.
• Active CIDB registration; PE status acceptable if transitioning; proof of CIDB status required.
• VAT registered; tax compliance; CSD registration; SARS verification where applicable.
• B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate required for relevant entities; JV consortia must provide consolidated and individual certificates.
• Proof of registration with CIPC; no de-registered entities; no cross-submission across multiple bids.
• POPI Act consent form; Occupational Health and Safety compliance; appropriate labor and safety documentation.
• Submit CVs of key personnel (min 5 years), at least three reference letters (last 7 years); fully completed SBD forms; pricing schedules; Certificate of Authority of Signatory; Form K; etc.
• Incomplete submissions or non-compliance may disqualify.
