PREFERRED SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR VARIOUS MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR COEGA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - ROOFING MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Overview

Preferred service providers for multiple maintenance services (general building, roofing, plumbing and fencing) for Coega Development Corporation, under a 60-month service level agreement. CIDB requirements apply: 2GB+ for General Building; 2SN+ for Roofing; 2SO+ for Plumbing; 2SQ+ for Fencing. Bidders must have active CIDB registrations, VAT/CSD/TAX compliance, POPIA consent, and BBBEE requirements, with JV/consortium rules applying.

Requirements

• CIDB registrations: 2GB+ (General Building); 2SN+ (Roofing); 2SO+ (Plumbing); 2SQ+ (Fencing) (as applicable per contract). JV must meet combined thresholds.
• Compliance: VAT, Tax Compliance (TCS/SARS/CSD), POPIA consent, BBBEE (SANAS-accredited where required).
• Corporate requirements: active CIDB registration; proof for each bid team; no conflicts of interest; office within Nelson Mandela Bay (with lease or municipal bill proof within 10 days if shortlisted).
• Technical/delivery: experience in reactive/corrective maintenance; provide references (3+ within 7 years); CVs for key personnel (minimum 5 years’ experience); health and safety, and environmental management systems in line with CDC standards.
• Documentation: complete SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD7), pricing schedules, POPI consent, Certificate of Authority, and related annexures.
• Project specifics: adherence to 5-year SLA framework; 24/7/365 roofing support; service levels and priority-based work allocation.
