Overview

Preparation and/or review of GRAP compliant financial statements on an as and when required basis for a period of thirty-six (36) months. This RFP targets professional financial services firms with GRAP accounting and financial-statement expertise. It uses a two-envelope system (technical and financial) with compulsory briefing and a bid close on 23 July 2026.

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered with the Central Suppliers Database; company directors must not be in State employment.
• Attach a Municipal rates and taxes statement from the bidder’s municipality.
• Bids must be bound neatly with attachments; envelopes must be sealed and labeled with project name and tender number.
• Submissions use a two-envelope system: Envelope 1 Technical, Envelope 2 Financial.
• Bids must be deposited in the tender box at Moses Kotane LM Civic Centre (Rates Hall), Stand 933 Station Road, Mogwase 0314; no fax or email submissions.
• Bids remain valid for 90 days after the closing date.
• Adjudication follows MKLM SCM Policy; 80/20 evaluation; up to 20 preference points may be awarded for a specific goal.

• Submission method: Deposit sealed technical and financial proposals in the tender box; ensure proper labeling.
• Documents to complete/submit: Separate Technical and Financial proposals; attach required supporting documents (rates statement, CSD registration, attachments).
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: Central Suppliers Database registration; ensure directors are not State employees.
