Overview

Procurement of GRAP compliant annual financial statements for the 2025/2026 financial year using CaseWare. Bids are invited from professional service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SAICA members, with capacity to produce GRAP-compliant AFS using CaseWare.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and be SAICA-registered.
• Must prepare GRAP-compliant AFS for 2025/2026 using CaseWare.
• Evaluation uses an 80/20 framework; service providers must achieve at least 70% functionality to progress.
• Complete bid documents sealed and endorsed: “BID No:FIN2026-BID/013 – PREPARATION FOR AFS FY 2025/2026,” deposited in the official tender box at 79 Harding Street, Newcastle, by 12:00 on 19 June 2026; late bids not considered (TENDER NOTICE - FIN2026-BID-013.pdf).
• Bid validity period: 90 days.
