Overview

Prequalification for Design and Branding of Promotional Materials such as T-Shirts, Caps, Banners, Calendars and Posters etc. is being run by Bungoma County (Ministry of Interior and Co-ordination of National Government). It prequalifies suppliers to be invited to a forthcoming tender (Contract BGM/CNTY/031/2026-2028). The process is open to eligible applicants; anticipated 2026–2028 tendering window; submission deadline 29 June 2026.

Requirements

• Eligibility: nationality as per ITA 5.6; no conflicts of interest; not suspended/debarred; JV rules as specified; Form ELI-1.1/1.2 attachments.

• Experience: general and specific experience in design/branding or related supply of promotional materials; Form EXP-4.1 and 4.2; JV considerations for contracts.
• Compliance: history of non-performance and pending litigation assessed; no UN/Kenya sanctions violations; Form CON-2.
• Documentation: Tax Compliance Certificate (KRA), PIN/VAT, Trading License, Certificate of Registration, Confidential Business Questionnaire, company profile; documents must be paginated.

How to Apply

• Access: Prequalification documents may be purchased for 1000 KSh (cash to Sub County Accountant Bungoma South) or viewed/downloaded free from www.tenders.go.ke (PDFs may be obtained electronically) per ITA 7.1-7.2.
• Clarifications: questions by 17 June 2026 in writing; responses posted on portal.
• Documents to submit (Section IV): Application Submission Letter; eligibility declarations (ELI-1.1/1.2); qualifications information; supporting docs (tax, registration, trading license, etc.); ensure documents are serialized/paginated.
• Submission: sealed envelope(s) marked with the prequalification identification; deliver to County Procurement Office Bungoma (tender box outside the County Commissioner’s entrance); deadline 29 June 2026 at 10:00 Local Time (see TENDER NO31…pdf). Late submissions are rejected.
• Site/briefing: no pre-application meeting or site visit indicated (per PDS ITA 8.2).
