Overview

Prequalification for Suppliers for Sports Equipment, Uniforms and Accessories. The Bungoma County invitation seeks eligible suppliers to prequalify for providing sports gear, uniforms and related accessories (Category B: sports accessories; reference in the Bungoma notice). Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: nationality rules, no conflicts of interest, not debarred or suspended (PPRA/ITA 5.x), UN/Kenya sanctions compliance; tax clearance and other eligibility evidence.
• Financial capacity: demonstrated liquidity or access to funds, turnover or balance sheet evidence for past years, and ability to meet cash-flow needs for contracts.
• Experience: proven track record on similar goods/supply contracts; appropriate references and contract history for the last several years.
• Documentation: complete forms and documents (Submission Letter, Forms ELI-1.1/1.2, CON-2, FIN-3.x, EXP where applicable), serialized tender documents, and proof of business registration.
• Subcontracting: no nominated subcontractors unless allowed; any specialized subcontractors must be specified and qualifications added as needed.
• Local compliance: business licenses, PIN/VAT and Tax Compliance, CR/registration documents; English applications with translations where needed.
