Prequalification of Contractors for Appointment of Contractors for the Provision of New Sanitation Facilities and Water Infrastructure within the Limpopo Province. The DBSA invites eligible contractors to qualify for Phase 2 (RFP) access for a Limpopo Department of Education project. Phase 1 requires CIDB grading of 7 GB or higher (or capability to register prior to evaluation), registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), SARS tax compliance (TCS/PIN), and BBBEE where applicable. Consortia/JV must submit JV documentation and meet CIDB/BBBEE prerequisites. The process is two‑phase: EOI to shortlist bidders for the Phase 2 RFP with pricing, BOQ, and contract data. Briefing is mandatory, and bids are submitted electronically via Microsoft OneDrive. The closing date/time is 18 Sep 2026 (see E1.1 for exact timing).
