Overview

Prequalification for supply/delivery of computers, laptops, UPS, servers, printers and accessories is being conducted for Bungoma County, Kenya. The process is an Open Tender to prequalify suppliers of computer hardware and related services to participate in future tenders (via National Competitive Tendering).

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance: nationality as per ITA 5.6; no conflict of interest; not suspended/debarred; not declared ineligible; tax compliance documented.
• Financial capacity: demonstrated liquidity or credit facilities; audited financials for the recent period; adequate funds to meet contract cash flow.
• Experience: evidence of prior supply of goods contracts (minimum number and value as specified); capability to perform as prime supplier or similar roles; allowances for Specialized Subcontractors if permitted.
• Documentation: complete Application Submission Letter; Forms ELI-1.1/1.2; CON-2 (non-performance/pending litigation); FIN-3.1/3.2; EXP-4.1/4.2 (and 4.2b, 4.3 as applicable); company profile; tax clearance, PIN/VAT, trading license; tender documents serialized on every page.

How to Apply

• Submission method: by postal service or hand/courier; electronic submission may be allowed per the PDS.
• Documents to submit: Application Submission Letter; Eligibility and Qualification forms (ELI-1.1/1.2); CON-2; FIN-3.1/3.2; EXP-4.1/4.2/4.3; additional documents listed in ITA 12.1 (e.g., Tax Compliance Certificate, PIN/VAT, Trading License, CR12/incorporation, Confidential Business Questionnaire, company profile); ensure pages are serialized.
• Registrations: furnish up-to-date Tax Clearance Certificate, PIN/VAT, Trading License, and company registration documents.
