PRIMARY AIR HEATERS TUBES REMOVAL, INSTALLATION AND REPAIRS OF TUBE SHEETS UNIT 1 AT KENDAL POWER STATION FOR A PERIOD OF 6 (SIX) MONTHS. Eskom invites bids for heavy mechanical/boiler-tube work at Kendal (Nkangala District). It is a construction tender open to qualified bidders, with a 6-month scope, NEC3 ECC3 contract framework, and mandatory CIDB 7ME (or JV meeting requirements). Requirements

• Local content and regulatory: CSD registration; SBD forms (1, 6.1, 6.2 as applicable); tax clearance; Employment Equity compliance; CIDB verification; COIDA/Insurance; ISO 9001 QMS evidence; ISO 14001 EMP where applicable.
• Technical and quality: two contract documents or completion certificates for PAH/tubes work; Detailed method statement; comprehensive QCP/ITP; Project Plan (60 days) in MS Project or Primavera; pricing schedule; returnables completed at tender closing.
• Mandatory contractual requirements: CSD proof, COIDA or good standing, safety documentation, environmental plan, supplier QA/QMS evidence, and related annexures.
• Documentation and process: NEC3 ECC3 will govern the contract; electronic submission only; 500 MB per document, total 4 GB; latest tender version prevails on resubmission. Functionality threshold to pass is 70%.
