Overview

Printing of 5000 copies of the Municipal Newsletter (30-page, 60gsm, A4, full colour, 2500 isiXhosa and 2500 English) for Ingquza Hill Local Municipality. Bidders with municipal printing experience, multi‑language layout, and colour-quality production should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Valid Full CSD proof of registration
• Completed and signed Declarations (MBD1-9)
• Valid SARS TCS PIN printout or Tax Clearance Certificate
• Letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days
• Bidder not in the service of the state
• 100% Local Content where applicable and Local Content Annexures C, D & E
• Submit on original bid documents and comply with SCM policies
