Printing of the IDP & Annual Report for 3(three) years

Overview

Printing of the IDP (Integrated Development Plan) documents and the annual report for three years for Senqu Local Municipality. Bidders should be professional printing/production firms with capacity to deliver multi-year municipal documents and ensure compliance with Senqu SCM policy, including registration with the Senqu Supplier Database and the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Requirements

• Must be registered on Senqu Supplier Database and CSD; SARS tax compliance status and tax clearance.
• Own and operate a printing works (pre-qualification).
• Complete compulsory SCM documents: Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, Certificate of Independent Bid Determination, Certificate of Authority for JV/Partnerships/Consortiums, Declaration of B-BBEE and related schedules, Municipal Accounts status, and JV agreements if applicable.
• Minimum functionality score of 70/100; provide track record with appointment letters and references.
• Local production and content: N/A (designated sector requirements apply only if relevant); provide authorisation for imported materials if applicable.
• Health and safety: provide Health and Safety Plan if requested; comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Tender validity period: 120 days; contract envisaged for three years.
