PRINTING, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NAC BRANDED BANNERS

Overview

Printing, supply and delivery of NAC branded banners for the 2026 JAR Conference and WAD & IACM, including design approvals by NAC and on-site assembly, is being procured by the National AIDS Commission. The goods include hang-up banners (1.6m x 8m), a 6m x 3m backdrop with standalone timber frame, and 8m x 1.6m podium banners to be delivered to NAC offices in Lilongwe with on-site mounting as required.

Requirements

• PPDA registration certificate
• Beneficial Ownership Disclosure (Section D) completed
• Business Registration Certificate and Trading Licence
• Valid Annual Tax Clearance Certificate
• Copies of two recent similar Government contracts/LPOs (past 2 years)
• Valid PPDA Registration Certificate
• Designs/artworks to be approved by NAC prior to production
• Quotation valid for 30 days; payment terms per GCC/local PO; delivery within 10 days from PO

How to Apply

• Deadline: 2026-11-05 10:00 (RFQ) (see metadata).
• Submissions: sealed envelopes deposited in the NAC tender box at the NAC office; late quotations rejected; bidders sign a submission sheet (see document). (PRINTING, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF NAC BRANDED BANNERS)
• Documents to submit: complete Section C (Price Schedule) and Section D (Beneficial Ownership Disclosure) and attach requested documents noted in Section B; include Business Registration, Trading Licence, Tax Clearance, two recent government contracts, and PPDA Certificate.
• Pre-qualification/registrations: bidders must be PPDA registered.
• Design control: NAC must approve designs/artworks before production.
