Overview

Procure service for the calibration of mass pieces and mass balances. Bidders should be calibration laboratories/metrology service providers in South Africa with SANAS or equivalent international accreditation for mass metrology, and with tax compliance, CSD registration and BBBEE as specified in the bid documents.

Requirements

• SANAS accreditation for calibration in mass metrology (include certificate and schedule).
• Accredited for all mass pieces/weights and balances required; subcontracting not required.
• Collect/return: mass pieces at Resource Quality Information Services, Kwa-Mhlanga Road, Roodeplaat dam, Pretoria 0001.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or tax clearance; CSD number if no TCS; ensure compliance for all parties.
• Open to SA suppliers; provide BBBEE status as required; include all delivery costs in bid price (taxes included).
