Overview

Procurement and delivery of ProBook 14-inch notebook PCs to the IDT head office. The IDT invites bids via RFQ to supply and deliver laptops (ProBook 14" notebooks) with specified specs and on-site warranty, for delivery to IDT Glenwood Office Park, Pretoria. Suitable bidders are IT hardware suppliers with laptop procurement experience and capacity to supply and support government-grade equipment under VAT-registered arrangements.

Requirements

• Email quotations to Quotations1@idt.org.za by 31 July 2026 12:00; - Include compulsory documents: company name, National Treasury CSD number, valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN, SDB 4, SDB 6.1; - Prices must be VAT inclusive and valid for at least 30 days after closing; - Registration/Pre-qualifications: CSD registration and Tax clearance; - Provide 3-year next-business-day onsite warranty as part of the offer; - Submit SCM and technical queries in writing to the contacts provided; - Be aware that IDT may withdraw/cancel the RFQ without notice; - Adhere to the disclosed specs (ProBook laptops) and required SBD declarations.
