Overview

Procurement and delivery of stationery for the Independent Development Trust’s EPWP project. Requirements

• VAT-inclusive price valid for at least 30 days after closing.
• Compulsory returnable documents: Name of Company, National Treasury CSD number, Unique SARS Tax Compliance PIN (valid letter), SDB 4, SDB 6.1.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD entry, tax compliance documentation.
• Item quantities: A4 Arch Level 75mm (100); A4 Boxes white Papers (10 boxes); A4 Plastic 20 Tab Dividers A–Z sets (100); Black Pens Big (20); Sticky Notes 76x76 (400 sheets) (50).
• Queries must be in writing to SCM and Technical contacts; no query within 12 hours of closing; the authority may withdraw or cancel the RFQ.
