Procurement and Delivery of Tools, Equipment and Storage Container

Overview

Procurement and delivery of tools, equipment and storage container for the Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (TASEZ). Bidders should have capability to supply a broad range of industrial tools, electrical testing instruments, safety gear and an ISO-standard storage container, with delivery to designated hubs. The RFQ requires completion of SBD forms, B-BBEE documentation, CSD registration, tax compliance, local-content declarations, and a detailed pricing schedule (see RFQ TAS-SCM-RFQ001). The compulsory briefing will be held at the Central Hub (Mamelodi/Silverton).

Requirements

• Complete and sign SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 and SBD 6.2 (and provide related disclosures).
• B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit.
• valid CSD Report (not older than 3 months).
• Tax compliance: provide tax PIN/TCS or SARS status; if applicable, e-filing evidence.
• Ward Councillor letter confirming residential address (for specified wards).
• Letter of Good Standing from Department of Labour or RMA.
• Local Content declarations (Annex C, D, E) and SATS 1286:2011 compliance; declaration C to be submitted.
• Complete Pricing Schedule for all items.
• Mandatory documents and disclosures as per Table 2 and Table 3 in the RFQ.

• Submission deadline: 06 November 2026 at 12:00; questions close 1 day before closing (rfqs-rfps@tasez.co.za).
• Submission method: Electronic submission accepted (RFQ TAS-SCM-RFQ001).
• Documents to submit: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, CIPC/CSD docs, B-BBEE proof, Tax pin, Ward letter, Letter of Good Standing, Pricing Schedule, and Local Content declarations (Annex C/D/E).
• Required registrations: CSD registration; SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS).
