Overview

Procurement of 10 Lenovo Tab One’s or equivalent LTE tablets for the University of Fort Hare. 10 tablets (128 GB, 4 GB RAM, LTE, with clear case) per attached specification. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and UFH supplier database, and hold a valid tax clearance; bid evaluated on price with BBBEE and specific goals.

Requirements

• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory.
• Registration on the University of Fort Hare supplier database.
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Compliance with UFH SCM policies and governance requirements (GBV policy, Code of Ethics, Anti-Fraud/Corruption).
• Complete SQD Form 1 and Price Declaration; provide pricing schedules and relevant SBD forms.
• BBBEE status with proof; apply 80/20 (or 90/10 per threshold) preference points, including up to 20 specific-goals points (e.g., women ownership).
• If subcontracting any portion, disclose percentages, sub-contractor details and BBBEE status.
