Procurement of a duplex medical air plant for KNH—design, supply and installation of the plant and equipment. This is an Open National tender. Requirements

• Tenderers may bid as a single firm or a joint venture; JV members are jointly liable.
• Tenderers must not have conflicts of interest, and must comply with fraud, corruption and debarment rules; include a Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of contract inputs from Kenyan suppliers; provide evidence.
• Tax clearance certificate required; eligibility and qualifications documented per Sections III–IV.
• Plant and installation services must meet eligibility, conformity and subcontractor requirements; detailed price schedules and submission of Form of Tender, security, and joint venture documents are required.

• Submission: one sealed envelope with “ORIGINAL” tender documents; separate envelopes for copies; place in the Tender Box at KNH Admin Block, Ground Floor, Supply Chain Management entrance, before 09 October 2026 at 10:00.
• Documents to submit include: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, JV agreement if applicable, eligibility and qualification documents, conformity documents, and any other documents per the Tender Data Sheet.
