Overview

Procurement of an e-discovery (email analysis) tool for a three-year contract. Bidders with IT/software, e-discovery, data analytics, or legal-tech capabilities and BBBEE compliance are invited to bid.

Requirements

• Electronic submission only; no hard copies.
• Quotes must reflect the RFQ number (RFQ-UKZN-67/26RR), project name, company name, closing date and time.
• RFQ documents are English only and may be requested during 28 Oct 2026 09:00 to 3 Nov 2026 13:00 via email to ShobedeX@ukzn.ac.za.
• BBBEE policy applies with price and BBBEE weighting 80/20.
• The University may elect to accept the whole or any portion of a quote; reserves right; no communication within 90 working days after closing means unsuccessful.
• All offers must be submitted electronically to Centralprocurement@ukzn.ac.za with the RFQ number and project name in the subject line; late quotes not accepted.
