Overview

The RAF seeks to procure a Legal Claims Resolution Platform including 12 months of support and maintenance. The platform must support end-to-end legal claims management (merit assessment, liability, settlement processing, conflict claims, negligence apportionment), case/file management, document generation and signing, audit trails, and integration readiness with RAF systems (e.g., Guidewire) and digital signatures. Eligible bidders are OEMs or Accredited Partners/Resellers, must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database, have orderly tax affairs, and not be on restricted supplier or tender-defaulter lists. Responses are valid for 120 days; RAF may appoint more than one bidder.

• OEM or Accredited Partner/Reseller of the proposed solution (mandatory)
• Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database
• Tax affairs in order
• Not listed as Restricted Supplier or Tender Defaulter
• Ability to deliver a Legal Claims Resolution Platform with end-to-end capabilities (claims assessment, settlement processing, conflict handling, negligence apportionment, document/signature management, audit trails)
• Security/compliance: RBAC, audit logging, access control, governance alignment
• Integration readiness with RAF systems (including Guidewire) and digital signature services
• Evidence-based approach to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
