Overview

Procurement of a service provider to undertake refurbishment of the Information Security Services (ISS) Security Operations Centre at SITA Centurion. This is an Open-Tender to construction/refurbishment contractors with CIDB 3GB or higher, who can perform internal fit-out works under GCC/SCC terms, comply with NIPP/B-BBEE, and bid via SITA’s ERP portal.

Requirements

• CIDB registration with a minimum rating of 3GB (or higher) and evidence using Annex B.
• Acceptance of Government General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) and completion of the SCC declaration.
• Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax/compliance requirements (SARS PIN/TCS) for all consortium members if applicable.
• Mandatory returnable documents: SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preferential Procurement), pricing schedule, and CIDB evidence; signed cover letter and technical/functional response.
• Attendance at the compulsory briefing session; no late or non-attending bidders.
• Submission exclusively through the SITA Supplier Oracle ERP portal (no hard copies or emails) and use of official bid forms.
• Compliance with all technical mandatory requirements (CIDB evidence and acceptance of SCC) and price/preference evaluation criteria.

• Submission method: via the SITA-Supplier Oracle ERP portal at www.suppliers.sita.co.za. Documents to submit/adapt: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, pricing, CIDB Annex B, and any required NIP forms (RFB 3270-2026 documents).
• Documents to obtain/prepare (examples): Pricing Schedule Excel (RFB 3270-2026 - Pricing Schedule.xlsx) and Bid Specification (RFB 3270-2026 - Bid Specification.docx). (see attached documents)
• Pre-qualifications: CIDB 3GB+, CSD registration, SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS), and, if applicable, foreign supplier questionnaires. Ensure all returnables are included with the bid.
