Overview

Procurement of a Landscaping Service Provider to maintain the new Sport Field at MUT for a period of three months. The University invites suitably qualified landscaping/grounds-maintenance providers to perform lawn mowing, irrigation maintenance, fertilizing, pruning, pest control, litter collection around the perimeter, weed control, soil/topsoil leveling, storm-water and drainage maintenance, cleaning of hard surfaces, and line marking around the sport field and its perimeter fence, plus related upkeep for the running track and sprinkler system (Tender Document). Bidders should be able to demonstrate landscaping and grounds-maintenance capability, with BBBEE (80/20) in mind.

Requirements

• Signed RFQ document
• Company registration documents (CIPC)
• Valid Tax Compliance Status Pin
• Valid COIDA coverage (job-specific)
• Certified copies of IDs for all directors
• Board/directors resolution or proxy (if not a sole proprietor)
• Proof of bank account
• Public liability insurance of at least R1,000,000
• These are mandatory in Stage 1; subsequent stages assess functionality and price (Tender Document).
