PROCUREMENT OF A VERIFIED THREAT INTELLIGENCE FEEDS ON FIRST-TIER BORDER THREATS

Overview

Procurement of a verified threat intelligence feeds on first-tier border threats. The Border Management Authority seeks a 12-month service delivering structured machine-readable feeds with programmatic retrieval and named analyst accounts, via electronic submission. Suitable bidders are in cybersecurity/threat intelligence with capability to source, deliver and maintain feed access, plus related analyst support and API delivery. Requirements

• Tax compliance (SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status; CSD number) and, if applicable, separate TCS for JV/consortium; CSD if no TCS.
• Registration and eligibility: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, and proof of BBBEE status (BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Completion and submission of required bid forms: SBD1, SBD3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD4, SBD6.1 (BBBEE), SBD7 (contract form).
• Professional Indemnity insurance minimum of R160 million as part of contract terms (GCC/SCC 11.2).
• Lead time and delivery in accordance with the contract; price must be firm for the bid validity period (120 days).
• Compliance with PFMA SCM Regulations and anti-corruption disclosures; supplier must not be ineligible due to state service provisions.
