PROCUREMENT OF A WILDCARD SSL DIGITAL CERTIFICATE FOR 12 MONTHS

Overview

Procurement of a Wildcard SSL Digital Certificate for 12 months. The RFQ targets ICT security certificate providers with IT experience capable of supplying a 12-month wildcard SSL certificate and meeting public‑sector prequalification rules.

Requirements

• Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (MAAA) and a Compliant Tax Status (SARS PIN if non-compliant).
• Signed and fully completed RFQ document (page 2).
• Signed and completed SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6 including MAAA.
• Company profile with IT experience.
• CSD number or Tax Compliance Status (PIN) in line with the tender’s prequalification rules; BBBEE certificate or affidavit for preference points, with supporting documents if claiming specific goals (CSD report, IDs, lease docs, etc.).

• Documents to submit: RFQ document (Request for Quotation - SSL certificate signed.pdf), SBD 1/4/6, Annexure A (pricing schedule), company profile, CSD/TCS PIN or CSD number, BBBEE documentation. See attached RFQ for exact forms (see Request for Quotation - SSL certificate signed.pdf).
• Pre-qualifications: CSDMAAA entry and SARS tax compliance PIN; if no PIN, provide CSD number; ensure no disqualifying statuses.
