PROCUREMENT OF ACTIGRAPHS

Overview

The University of Fort Hare seeks quotations for actigraphs and related accessories for research use in children. Suppliers must be suitably qualified and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet UFH SCM requirements.

Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory
• Provide Original Tax Clearance Certificate
• Complete SQD Form 1 and other bid documents
• Registration on the UFH supplier database
• Compliance with UFH SCM policies and related governance (GBV/Code of Ethics/Anti-Fraud)
• Evaluation includes 80/20 price vs. specific goals; to earn specific-goal points, 51%+ women ownership is required
